No refunds are offered at this time due to the nature of digital products:
- They are delivered almost instantaneously.
- They cannot be physically returned because they are digital.
- There is no way for us to ensure the removal of access once the product has been purchased, accessed, or used.
Why Don’t You Offer Returns?
The KrisAI team have a combined experience of over 20 years in selling digital products online. In that time, we’ve watched it evolve from its infancy into the giant industry it is today.
Unfortunately, people have gotten very clever in abusing return policies for digital products. Sadly, some people purchase a digital product, download it, then return the product while still having the product.
Because of people like that, we have to join the likes of other companies who require approval for refunds and only for special circumstances, including:
- Amazon Kindle
- Apple iTunes
- Google Play
- Envato
Refunds for Special Circumstances
If you feel a situation has arisen that warrants special consideration, you can use our contact form to request a special refund consideration. Please do not request a refund if your purchase was more than 90 days ago.
Please include:
- The date of purchase
- Invoice number or Purchase ID
- Email address used for the purchase
- Payment method (please don’t send card information, we just need to know how you paid)
- And the reason you believe your refund request should be honored
